¿Qué es el Previews?

Llevamos tres décadas dando servicio de Previews. El Previews es un catálogo de comic (en inglés) y otros productos relacionados que se publican en el mercado norteamericano. Cada mes se publica un nuevo catálogo que incluye los productos que saldrán a la venta en Estados Unidos dos meses más tarde. Unos días después de su publicación en Estados Unidos nos llegan a España.

¿Cada cuanto hacemos pedidos?

Una vez nos llega el catálogo recibimos también la fecha tope para realizar los pedidos que suelen ser entre 10 y 15 días. Pasada la fecha tope ese catálogo queda cerrado y hay que esperar al siguiente mes para volver a pedir.

¿Cómo funcionan los catálogos?

Cuando accedes a los catálogos hay varias opciones en formatos pdf y txt. Los pdf contienen los catálogos escaneados. Hay un catálogo de Marvel, otro de DC, otro general con el resto de editoriales y uno de productos para adultos. Por último, hay un catálogo denominado STAR que contiene productos antiguos y es sólo un listado. Los archivos txt contienen los listados de los productos incluidos en cada uno de esos pdf.

¿Y los plazos?

Como ya se ha indicado, normalmente recibimos el material a los pocos días de que se publique en Estados Unidos. Ultimamente se han producido algunos retrasos por varios motivos: cambios en la distribución desde USA, Brexit y aduanas pero parece que la cosa se va poco a poco normalizando. Puede suceder que desde origen se restrinja un producto a posteriori pero no es habitual y avisamos al interesado en cuanto se nos comunica. Mención aparte para los meses de invierno en los que se pueden producir retrasos por culpa de las intensas nevadas en Estados Unidos.
